Carousel Theatre is a 100% volunteer run organization that thrives on the creativity and talent of those who offer their time to bring all of our shows to life. We are always on the hunt for new directors, assistant directors, music directors, stage managers and more. At Carousel, we have two ways to become a director. If you wish to throw your hat in the ring to direct any upcoming show, you can submit a director application to be considered. If you have a specific show that you are passionate about and wish to direct, we offer the chance to propose that show to the board of directors to be considered for an upcoming season.
Carousel Theatre accepts Director Applications all year, selecting directors for upcoming seasons each winter. If you are interested in applying to direct for Carousel, please download the application below. To be considered for the upcoming 2023/24 season, applications must be submitted to Board President, Alex Lindsley, by December 1st, firstname.lastname@example.org.
