Almost, Maine is a romantic comedy composed of nine short vignettes, all set in the fictional, remote town of Almost, Maine, on a cold, clear, moonlit winter night. As the northern lights hover in the star-filled sky above, the town’s residents find themselves falling in and out of love in unexpected and often magical ways. Each vignette explores a different aspect of love—new love, lost love, unrequited love, and the pain and joy that come with it—infused with quirky humor, tender emotion, and surreal twists. With its mix of whimsy and heart, Almost, Maine paints a portrait of love’s many forms and how it touches even the unlikeliest of people in the most unexpected ways.
